Paleo Almond Butter Chocolate Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or raw honey
  • 3/4 cup Almond Butter, crunchy works best (click here for homemade recipe)
  • 3 tablspoons Coconut butter, softened
  • cocoa

Directions:

Combine all ingredients, except chocolate, and form into small balls. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. While nutty balls of goodness are refrigerating, melt the dark chocolate in a double broiler. Dip the cool nutty balls into the melted chocolate and place them on wax paper lined dish. Store in fridge for

Melt dark chocolate and dip them.  Put them on waxed paper before you put them back in fridge until they harden.
